Visualization Creates Your Reality
The Power of Visualization
The power of visualization is something that has been utilized by successful people in all walks of life:
athletes, business owners, salespeople, on down to children.
There's infinite power and strength in seeing your goals and dreams in your mind playing like a movie.
You use the power of your subconscious mind when you see your goals as if they've already happened. You feel the emotions you'd feel while living your dream life of abundance.
You discover that trust is prosperity.
By employing visualization, you can literally change your current life situation into the life you truly desire. To understand this concept you need to understand the power your mind and its thoughts have over your emotional growth.
The thoughts you think are not isolated events. Thoughts have energy. Your thoughts influence your reality. The energy your mind releases into the world shapes your destiny.
Therefore, you and I practice the power of visualization whether we realize it or not. Since most of us grow up allowing ourselves to think pre-dominantly negative thoughts, it's no wonder that living a life of abundance can seem so out of reach.
Your negative thoughts send out an energy into the world that actually repels the people and information that could help you achieve your goals and dreams.
Without knowing it, you've been using the power of visualization!
Now it's time to become conscious of visualization, along with the dynamic laws of prosperity, and then use this information to better your life, rather than sabotaging it.
The whole process of visualizing your dreams is a sort of daydreaming.
You use your imagination to "see" a goal being achieved. This could be owning the home or car of your dreams. Or, it could be the meeting of your soul mate.
The more times you "imagine" the realization of this goal, the more you imprint it on your mind. Over time, your mind sends out the energy that attracts the people or information that help you in turning your goal into a reality.
Does this sound like hocus pocus to you? I assure you this is as real as the chair you're sitting on. In fact, the power of visualization could help you afford a much more comfortable chair to sit in ;-)
Let me ask you this - What happened the last time you were in a really rotten mood? As you went about your day, did you encounter plenty of people or events that just served to make you more miserable?
Everybody cut you off on the freeway. The clerk at the grocery store threw the milk on top of your bread when bagging your items.
However, on the day when you were in a heightened sense of joy and happiness, just the opposite happened, didn't it? Cars let you in on the freeway, the grocery clerk smiled and engaged you in light conversation, and people held the door open for you.
The power of visualization and positive thoughts works whether you realize it's happening or not.
As I've mentioned, your thoughts are energy. Your mind sends this energy out. People respond to this energy. If your thoughts and feelings are positive, people and events respond accordingly. The opposite is also true.
Which type of thoughts, feelings, behavior, emotions and energy do you want to send out? Which type do you want to receive back?
The power of visualization is powerful indeed. It becomes exponentially more powerful when you begin to consciously tap into it.
By taking time each day to focus on your desired goals and dreams, you begin to create the thoughts responsible for changing your world.
It's important for you to learn the technique of visualization. Don't fight this concept. You're struggling to achieve a life of abundance because of your current thinking habits. Why not recognize this fact and make the necessary changes inside your mind?
Let me give you a quick example of how utilizing this ancient idea worked for someone else:
Even if you don't follow the game of basketball, you no doubt know who Michael Jordan is. He relied quite heavily on visualizing his success. He went from a high school player who's coach told him he'd never amount to anything on the court into the best basketball player in the world!
Jordan saw in his mind the end result. He "daydreamed" being the best ever. He created successful thoughts, those thoughts entered his subconscious mind, and his subconscious mind sent positive, attracting energy out into the world.
That energy provided him the motivation to work hard, it attracted the events into his life that resulted in his ultimate success.
Visualization is extremley powerful. It will transform your life beyond your wildest dreams if you let it. Invest time in changing your thinking.
The power of visualization is energy. Energy that all allows you to enter the movie of your dream life enough times until that dream life finally becomes your actual physical reality.
Change your life,
Matt
