To feel God & experience the Divine presence you must be functioning at a high level of mental consciousness, from Love & above. Functioning out of lower levels such as pride, anger, guilt, shame, selfishness, doubt, fear, etc. blocks the Divine. The power to heal, attract, understand, inspire, help others, & to experience true peace comes only from being in a state of Love or above.
