Successful people have their mind trained to think & focus only on what they want to happen in their lives. One way of doing this is writing out self affirmations to read every morning before you start your day & every night before you go to sleep. Doing this keeps you focused. When you write out the affirmations make ...sure you use the present tense for example "I AM Successful" "I AM Helping Others" "I AM Very Effective in all that I do" " I AM Attracting Positive people into my life everyday" "I Am Full of Happiness" Say your affirmation list aloud with feeling & emotion visualizing actually being the affirmations.
