Working for Others vs. Serving Others
By: Mind Power 365
Very few people ever become wealthy working for others, to become wealthy one must learn how to serve others. There is a big difference between the two. Working for others is doing the minimum amount of work for a paycheck while serving others is giving more effort/work/service than you re getting paid for. The word spreads fast about a person who truly serves and solves the problems of others. These type of people end up getting the promotions, getting the new accounts, getting the bids for the new contracts etc. "Money is a reward for solving problems" as Dr. Mike Murdock always says. To become a millionaire one must learn to serve more people and to solve more problems. Change your mind set to one that is focused on helping give people what they really need. When you do this you will increase your own value. The world always needs problem solvers thus there is always going to be wealth for those who can do what needs to be done. To be wealthy you do not have to be greedy, cheap, or dishonest. There is an abundant supply of money out there. The next time you start worrying about money, shift you mind set to How can I help and serve others? As Jesus said, "And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant." (Matthew 20:27)
The biggest difference between Working for Others vs. Serving Others can be several zeros.
Most of all the Millionaires made their money this way.
