When writing your personal affirmations be very clear and specific. If you want to be healed from a illness or disease then say "I am completely healed, 100% restored to perfect health. I Am so grateful to be whole and at complete peace again." Clarity is power. To send out the proper vibrations you need to be exact and feel great about whatever it is you want.
